Get Involved
Helping kids who are helping themselves and others is a pretty satisfying thing to do.
In the Bicycle Recycle Project, most everything is recycled, but there are times when tools and parts need to be purchased.
Teacher Steve Davis works diligently to secure funding from the already-over extended school budget, applies for grants from a number of organizations, and works closely with local businesses and the Tour of Nevada City Bike Shop to keep the wheels spinning in his orderly classroom/bike repair shop. Anything you can do to help will make a difference.
